Modular, pharmaceutical-grade Mobile Business Units that deploy fast and scale on demand. Designed for EU GMP compliance from inception. Fully climate-controlled and engineered to stand up production anywhere, without the construction headache.
A factory-built, climate-controlled unit of pharmaceutical-grade space. Production, analytical, processing or power, delivered complete and joined with others into a 3 to 18 unit facility.
Every Mobile Business Unit is designed to EU-GMP and international standards from the outset, with validation streamlined through our partnership with J&K Consulting to shorten regulatory approval timelines.
Housed in standardised, transportable containers, our fully climate-controlled units allow compliant pharmaceutical facilities to be established, relocated or expanded far faster than conventional construction permits.
Analytical, cultivation and utility units can be combined and expanded incrementally, reducing upfront capital expenditure while preserving long-term asset value.
Comos digital twin technology digitises your facility's processes, supporting informed decision-making, risk management and consistent, reproducible product quality.

An MBU is a sealed, climate-controlled, GMP-grade production space that carries its own power, water treatment, environmental control and services. Each unit sits on four padstones and runs.
Configured for production, distribution or analytical work, a facility is assembled from the five types rather than designed from scratch, and it grows by adding modules. The interfaces between units are plug and play.
A sealed growing environment. A two-tier table carries fertigation, lighting and air distribution, held to a recipe that changes through the cycle.
Circulation, changing and wash-down. Joins clusters through stainless steel air shower airlocks.
Instrument and sample handling. Ultra-low storage, stability testing, chromatography.
Configurable production space. Post-harvest processing, extraction and drying or packaging, depending on how the unit is specified.
A standalone unit carrying the battery bank, generator and fold-out solar wings. Runs a facility off grid.

Temperature, humidity, CO₂, light and fertigation, held to a recipe that changes through the grow cycle and monitored from one screen.
Three standard facilities, and every size between them. Each one is the same modules, joined the same way, on a footprint that scales in a fixed pattern.

The standard three unit configuration. Analytical and grow side by side, the multipurpose unit across the end, water and waste in the bay between them.

Three multipurpose units form the spine. Twelve production units hang off it, two each side per spine unit, analytical in the first bay.

Two long multipurpose units form the spine, eight production units each side. One pass box at the centre joins the two halves.
Between the standards, the pattern holds. A six unit facility mirrors the three across its multipurpose unit. A five unit facility is the three with two more units on the other side.
Shown as an example. The screens are configured to each client's facility, process and recipe.
The MBU is a standard module, so its twin is standard too: a single source for what is in the unit, what it controls and the evidence behind it, on COMOS. Instantiated for every unit, travelling with it wherever it is deployed.
Standard by design.Control application, data model, documentation and validation evidence are part of the module and travel with it.
One fleet view.Condition, availability and performance of every module, wherever it stands.
Local autonomy first.A module completes a batch with no network connection at all.
Analytical benches and a fume hood. A two-tier cultivation table under horticultural light. Changing, wash-down and circulation in the multipurpose unit, entered through the air shower airlocks.

Arrives complete.
Runs on its own.
Leaves nothing behind.
Built and tested in the factory, placed on padstones. It makes and stores its own power and carries its own water. When the work moves, the facility moves with it, and the site goes back to what it was.
Solar panels over every module, with battery, grid or generator behind them as the site is configured.
A Power and Energy module of its own: battery bank, generator and fold-out solar wings. Production runs on any supply, or none.
An insulated panel envelope around a small, sealed volume. Holding a room at set point takes far less energy than holding a building.
Purification, storage and waste management inside the unit.
Four concrete padstones under every module, no slab, nothing poured. Nothing to demolish when the facility moves on.
Standardised and repeatable. Built and tested before it ships, then placed. Little to no impact on site.
Start with three units and add modules as demand grows, instead of building for a future the business may never need.
Relocated if the business needs it, not demolished. The building keeps its value.
The unit as built. Full equipment schedules per module on request.
Each module is its own environmental zone. Product crosses through a pass box. People cross through an airlock and air shower.
Designed against European GMP. That shapes the control system, the records and every decision that follows.
Sterile manufacture. Cleanroom conditions monitored continuously and demonstrated. Pressure cascade, air change rate, filter condition and particulate count recorded while production runs.
Computerised systems. Audit trail, access control, electronic records and change control as requirements. The system shows who changed what and when.
Data integrity. Records attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original and accurate, and kept complete, consistent, enduring and available for as long as the regulator requires.
The same facility, two ways of getting there.

Six phases, jointly defined at the start and validated under real operating conditions at the end.
